Instructions to set up the Customer Portal in our new billing system.

Step 1- Go to the website: https://myfiberlync.camvio.cloud
Step 2 - Click Register Now
Enter your Account Number and your Email address you used on your FiberLync Account. Your account number can be found on an old invoice. After you enter your account number and email, click Continue.
Step3 - Check your email for follow up instructions
Step 4 - Click on Customer Portal Access
Step 5 - Choose a Password
Step 6 - Your Customer Portal is now available in our new Billing System.
Please go to myfiberlync.camvio.cloud or click on the “Customer Portal” link on our website
www.fiberlync.net to log into your Customer Portal.
