Updated: May 7
FiberLync is committed to making our services easier, faster, and more convenient for our community. As part of that effort, we’re updating how in‑person and mail‑in payments for FiberLync are collected.
Starting immediately:
In‑person FiberLync payments will now be accepted at the Orange County Treasurer’s Office. Residents who prefer to pay face‑to‑face can stop by the Treasurer’s Office during normal business hours. Our goal is to provide a single, reliable location where payments can be processed efficiently and securely.
Mail‑in FiberLync payments should now be sent to our dedicated P.O. Box.
By centralizing mail-in payments, we can ensure faster processing, improved tracking, and a smoother experience for customers.
These changes are part of a broader effort to streamline FiberLync billing operations and improve service delivery across the county. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition and are confident that this update will create a more consistent and convenient payment process for everyone.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to FiberLync Customer Service by calling 540-360-0585 (Option 2) or emailing info@fiberlync.net, our team is always here to help.
